Overview
CHNSPEC TH-110 Haze Meter is a Portable Optical inspection measuring instrument with LED Illuminant and 7 inch Capacitive Touchscreen design, supports both vertical and horizontal measurement states, suitable for sheet, film, liquid and other samples of haze and transmittance rapid measurement.

Principle
The instrument is based on the 0/d design of the optical path structure, illuminates the sample with LED Illuminant, uses the CIE Light spectrum function Y/V (lambda) for Light spectrum Response analysis, and measures the haze and total transmittance of the sample under specific lighting conditions to achieve fast and accurate Optical Property Evaluation.

Steps
1. Turn on the power of the instrument without preheating
Select measurement aperture (21mm or 7mm) and Illuminant (CIE-A, CIE-C or CIE-D65)
3. Place the sample in the open measurement area to ensure that the thickness does not exceed 145mm
4. Measurement parameters set by Touchscreen, ASTM or ISO standard can be selected
5. Activate measurement, instrument displays haze and transmittance results within 2 seconds
6. Use the self-calibration function to calibrate data (if required)
7. Export data via USB interface or use PC management software for processing
Notice
• Operating temperature range is 10~ 40 ℃, relative humidity does not exceed 80% (35 ℃), to avoid condensation of water vapor
Storage Temperature range is -20 ℃~ 50 ℃, relative humidity does not exceed 80% (35 ℃), to avoid condensation
• Use DC12V power supply to ensure voltage stability
• Sample thickness must not exceed 145mm during measurement
• Regularly use standard sheet calibrating instruments to ensure measurement accuracy
