HUITAI BPHJS-150B Programmable High and Low Temperature Damping heat testing chamber is a standardized environmental testing equipment. It adopts an integrated design and consists of four parts: incubator body, refrigeration unit, air supply device, control and Safety protection system. It can be used after being installed in place and connected to the power supply. Principle
The temperature control of the test chamber is realized through the air-conditioning air supply system, and the side air supply design ensures the uniform temperature of the studio. The refrigeration system adopts the French Taikang fully enclosed Compressor, and the rapid cooling is realized through the finned evaporator. Control system adopts TH1800 controller, which monitors and adjusts the temperature and Humidity parameters in the box in real time through High Accuracy temperature sensor.

Steps
1. Ensure that the installation site meets the requirements: Ambient Temperature 5 ℃~ + 35 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 85% RH, the ground is flat and ventilated
2. Connect power supply: AC380V +/- 10%, 50Hz +/- 1Hz, grounding resistance less than 4Ω
3. Connect the drain pipe: connect the drain hole of the box to the DN10 silicone pipe.
4. Turn on the power switch of the device
5. Set test parameters through 7-inch Touchscreen
6. Start the test program
7. Power off the device after the test is completed
Notice
• There should be no less than 1000mm of maintenance space around the equipment
• Avoid strong vibration and strong electromagnetic fields around the equipment
• Prohibited use in flammable, explosive, corrosive substances and dust environments
• The power supply must be equipped with an independent air or power switch of the corresponding capacity
• Regularly clean the waterway Filter before the condenser
• Pay attention to anti-collision when the door is opened
• The automatic defogging function of the observation window ensures clear observation
