Principle
The test chamber consists of four parts: incubator body, refrigeration unit, air supply device, control and safety protection system. The air-conditioning box is located at the back of the studio, and the internal circulating fan drives the air to flow through the heater, evaporator, humidifier and other components, and realizes uniform air supply through the volute and baffle, so as to simulate and precisely control the required temperature and humidity environment in the studio.

Steps
1. Ensure that the equipment is installed in the environment and site that meets the requirements, and connect the power supply and drain pipe.
2. Set the required test procedures and parameters through a 7-inch color touchscreen controller.
3. After confirming that the settings are correct, start the equipment and start the test.
4. During the test, the operating status can be monitored through the observation window and the controller interface.
5. After the test, the equipment stops running according to the program, and historical records and alarm information can be viewed.
Notice
The installation environment must meet the requirements of temperature 5 ℃~ + 35 ℃, humidity ≤ 85% RH, no strong vibration, no strong electromagnetic field, no flammable, explosive and corrosive substances.
• Adequate maintenance space should be reserved around the equipment (not less than 1000mm in front, not less than 1000mm on the side, and not less than 1300mm behind).
• An independent power supply of AC380V +/- 10%, 50Hz +/- 1Hz must be used, and the grounding resistance must be less than 4Ω.
• Regularly clean the waterway Filter before the condenser to prevent dirty blockage from affecting the performance of the equipment.
• When the equipment is running, do not open the box door frequently, so as not to affect the test accuracy and equipment life.
