Overview
LD-SL-A Automatic Intelligent Tear strength tester is a fully automatic testing instrument specially developed by JINGHUAYIQI for automation technology, used to detect the tear resistance of materials. The instrument is suitable for testing the Tear strength of paper, film, Spinning & weaving products, Rubber & plastics sheet materials, etc. It is a measurement tool required by paper production enterprises, paper chemical enterprises, Encasement production enterprises and mass inspection departments.
Features
1. One-button intelligent operation, instant measurement of paper Tear Strength and tear index.
2. Adopt a large-screen high-pixel 3.5-inch LCD display screen, display in Chinese and prompt the operation steps, and the friendly man-machine interface is simple and convenient to operate.
3. Add printer and use imported thermal printing movement, no need to use inks and color ribbon, no noise when working, fast printing speed.
Principle
Based on the principle of Ailimendorf method, the instrument is used to fix the specimen by pneumatic or manual fixture, apply tearing force arm and initial angle, measure the tearing resistance of the material during tearing process, and automatically calculate and display the Tear strength data.
Applications
Paper production enterprises, Paper chemical enterprises, Encasement production enterprises, mass testing departments
Standards
ISO1974、TAPPI 414、GB/T455、ASTM D1922、QB/T 1050、ISO6383/2-1983、GB11999-89
Steps
1. Prepare samples and ensure compliance with standard requirements.
2. Place the specimen in the fixture for fixation.
3. Start the test through one-click intelligent operation.
4. The instrument automatically measures and displays Tear Strength and Tear Index.
5. Use the thermal printer to output the test results.
Notice
• Ensure that the Ambient Temperature is within the range of 0~ 35 ° C.
• The relative humidity should be less than 85%.
• Power supply is AC 220V/50Hz.
• Check whether the incision length and tear distance of the sample meet the standards before testing.
• Periodically calibrate instruments to ensure Precision.
