Principle
Bending stiffness Sampler samples paper and Cardboard in standard dimensions (70 * 38mm and 38 * 36mm) through precise mechanical design. Sampler ensures that the parallelism of the sampling edges is controlled within the range of ≤ 0.015mm, providing a standardized specimen for subsequent bending stiffness tests, thereby improving the accuracy and comparability of test results.

Steps
1. Place the paper or Cardboard on the Sampler bench
2. Adjust the Sampler to the appropriate sampling thickness range (0.1~ 1.2mm)
3. Operate Sampler for sampling to obtain standard size samples
4. Check the sampling mass to ensure that the sample size meets the 70 * 38mm or 38 * 36mm specifications
5. Use the sampled specimen for bending stiffness testing
Notice
• Check that all Sampler components are in good condition before use
• Ensure that the sampling thickness is within the range of 0.1 to 1.2mm
• Keep the sample flat during sampling to avoid wrinkles
• Regularly check the Sampler accuracy to ensure that the parallelism of the two long sides is less than or equal to 0.015mm.
• Clean and maintain Sampler promptly after use
• Avoid overloading to avoid affecting sampling accuracy
