Overview
RONGHUA INSTRUMENT CHP-160S Co2 incubator is a professional instrument for cell, tissue and bacterial fostering. It adopts microcomputer intelligent controller, which has many functions such as temperature control, CO2 concentration control, door temperature heating, water level monitoring, UV sterilization and timing, and is equipped with safety protection and alarm system.

Principle
The incubator precisely controls the temperature and CO2 concentration in the box through a microcomputer intelligent controller (monitored by an infrared Sensor), providing a stable environment for cell or microbial growth. The door is heated to prevent condensation, the UV Lamp is regularly sterilized to reduce pollution, and the humidity is maintained by natural evaporation to ensure that the foster conditions meet the requirements.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Set the required temperature, CO2 concentration and other parameters through the microcomputer controller.
3. If sterilization is required, the UV Lamp function can be activated.
4. Place the foster and close the box door.
5. During the operation of the equipment, the temperature, humidity, CO2 concentration Linear dispersion and status can be monitored through the controller or touch screen.
6. After use, turn off the device according to the procedures.
Notice
Equipment should work at + 5~ 35 ℃ environment temperature.
• Power supply voltage is 220V 50Hz before use.
• Pay attention to the water level alarm to ensure that the water volume of the humidifier is appropriate.
• Regularly clean the antibacterial stainless steel liner to maintain hygiene.
• Pay attention to the CO2 concentration alarm prompt to ensure stable gas supply.
• Optional Microbial Filter and RS-485 interface need to be configured on demand.
