Overview
RONGHUA INSTRUMENT CHP-80Q Co2 incubator is a professional instrument for cell, tissue and bacterial fostering. It uses a microcomputer intelligent controller and has various functions such as temperature control, CO2 concentration control, humidity management and disinfection, aiming to provide a stable and clean environment for the foster.
Features
1. Microcomputer intelligent controller, with temperature control, CO2 gas, door temperature, water level, UV Lamp, timing control and over-temperature, water level, safety alarm function.
2. The CO2 inlet can be equipped with high-efficiency microbial Filter, and the filtrating efficiency of 0.3um particles is 99.99%.
3. The back wall of the box is equipped with an ultraviolet sterilization lamp, which can be disinfected regularly to effectively prevent foster pollution.
4. Glass door can be heated to prevent condensation and possible microbial contamination.
5. Using antibacterial stainless steel liner, four-corner arc design, easy to clean, adjustable shelf.
6. The upgraded touch color screen temperature controller supports programmable programming, displays the running Linear dispersion, real-time view of temperature, humidity, CO2 concentration changes and alarm status, and more accurate temperature control.
7. Equipped with imported infrared CO2 concentration Sensor, concentration control is more stable.
Optional RS-485 interface is available to connect to a printer or computer to record temperature parameters.
Principle
The incubator precisely controls the temperature, CO2 gas concentration and humidity inside the chamber with a microcomputer intelligent controller. CO2 concentration is monitored and regulated by an imported infrared Sensor to maintain the set value. The UV Lamp inside the chamber sterilizes air and moisture, while the heated chamber door is designed to prevent condensation from the Glass door, which together create a stable, sterile environment for cells or microorganisms to foster.
Applications
Microbial research, agricultural scientific research, medical research, various tissue and cell foster, AIDS research, tumor research, heart disease research, virus propagation, bacterial foster, genetic engineering, testtube baby technology, cloning technology, immunology
Steps
1. Place the device in a stable environment and connect the power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, CO2 concentration and other parameters through the microcomputer controller.
3. If humidification is required, ensure that the water level is within the appropriate range.
4. UV Lamp can be started for disinfection in the box.
5. Put in the foster and close the box door.
6. During the operation of the equipment, the controller (especially the color screen model) can monitor the parameters Linear dispersion and status.
7. After use, turn off the equipment and clean it according to the prescribed procedures.
Notice
Equipment should work at + 5~ 35 ℃ environment temperature.
• Power supply voltage is 220V 50Hz before use.
• Pay attention to the water level indication to avoid triggering an alarm if it is too high or too low.
• Regularly check and clean the liner of the box to maintain hygiene.
• Pay attention to alarm information such as overtemperature during operation and deal with it in time.
• When disinfecting the UV Lamp, do not look directly at the light source or expose the foster for a long time.
• CO2 Intake Filter (if optional) requires regular maintenance or replacement.
• Optional RS-485 interface and printer and other accessories, please follow the instructions to connect and use.
