YONGLIDA QND-4C coated 4 cup is a Benchtop coated 4 viscosity cup made of brass, which is used in the Coating viscosity testing laboratory. The product is designed and produced in strict accordance with GB/T1723 standard, with a cup volume of 100ml and a filter aperture of 4mm. It is suitable for measuring the conditional viscosity of Coating paints, etc., and is suitable for products with a viscosity below 150s.

Principle
QND-4C Coating 4 cups The viscosity of the Coating is determined by measuring the time of complete outflow of 100ml Coating from the 4mm pore size filter, and the outflow time is proportional to the viscosity.

Steps
1. Place 4 cups of coating on the water platform surface
2. Pour 100ml of Coating Sample
3. Record the time for the complete outflow of the Coating from the 4mm aperture
4. Calculate Coating Viscosity Based on Outflow Time

• Operating Environment Temperature should be maintained at 25 +/- 2 ℃
• Only suitable for products with viscosity below 150s
• Make sure the cup is clean and drying before use
• Outflow time measurement should be accurately recorded
The correction factor should be used within the range of 0.97 to 1.03
