RONGHUA INSTRUMENT CHP-240Q Co2 Incubator is a 240L professional instrument for fostering cells, tissues and bacteria. It is intelligently controlled and has multiple functions such as temperature control, CO2 concentration control, humidity management and disinfection. It is suitable for a wide range of biological and medical research fields.

Principle
The incubator precisely controls the temperature, CO2 concentration and humidity environment in the box through a microcomputer intelligent controller. The CO2 concentration is monitored and adjusted by an imported infrared Sensor to ensure stability. The box is equipped with a UV Lamp for periodic sterilization and a heated box door to prevent condensation. Together, it provides a clean, constant gas and temperature and humidity environment for cells, tissues or bacteria to foster.

Steps
1. Place the device in a suitable working environment (temperature + 5~ 35 ° C) and connect it to a 220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Set the required temperature (RT + 5~ 60 ℃), CO2 concentration (0~ 20%) and other parameters through the microcomputer intelligent controller or touch color screen.
3. If humidification is required, ensure that the water level of the humidifying disc is normal.
4. The UV sterilization lamp can be started regularly to disinfect the box.
5. Close the door after placing the foster, and the equipment will automatically maintain the set environment.
6. The controller can monitor the running status, Linear dispersion and alarm information, and optionally connect the computer for data recording.

Equipment should be used under the specified working environment temperature (+ 5~ 35 ℃).
• Power supply voltage is 220V 50Hz before use.
• Pay attention to the water level alarm and adjust the water volume of the humidifying disc in time.
• Pay attention to safety alarm prompts such as overheating to ensure safe operation.
• Regularly clean the antibacterial stainless steel liner to maintain hygiene.
• When performing UV disinfection, do not look directly at the UV Lamp for a long time and ensure that there are no fosters in the box.
• CO2 air inlet Filter is optional, and the configuration is considered according to the experimental cleanliness requirements.
