Overview
RONGHUA INSTRUMENT CHP-80E Co2 incubator is a 80L volume of cells, tissues, bacteria foster professional instrument. It uses a microcomputer intelligent controller, integrated temperature control, CO2 concentration control, door temperature heating, water level monitoring, ultraviolet sterilization and timing and other functions, and has a complete safety protection and alarm system.
Features
1. Microcomputer intelligent controller, with temperature control, CO2 gas, door temperature, water level, UV Lamp, timing control and over-temperature, water level, safety protection alarm functions.
2. The CO2 inlet can be equipped with high-efficiency microbial Filter, and the filtrating efficiency of 0.3um particles is 99.99%.
3. The back wall of the box is equipped with an ultraviolet sterilization lamp, which can be regularly disinfected to effectively kill floating bacteria in the circulating air and the water vapor of the humidifying disc.
4. Glass door heating function is provided to prevent condensation and reduce the risk of microbial contamination.
5. Using antibacterial stainless steel liner, four-corner arc design, adjustable shelf, easy to clean.
6. The upgraded touch color screen intelligent temperature control instrument supports programmable programming, which can display the running Linear dispersion, and view the temperature, humidity, CO2 concentration changes and alarm status at the same time, and the temperature control is more accurate.
7. Equipped with imported infrared CO2 concentration Sensor, concentration control is more stable.
8. Optional RS-485 interface, connected to a printer or computer to record temperature parameter changes.
Principle
The incubator precisely regulates the environment in the box through a microcomputer intelligent controller. The temperature control system maintains the set temperature; CO2 gas enters the box through the air inlet (optional Filter purification), and the concentration is precisely monitored and controlled by the infrared Sensor; the natural evaporation method maintains humidity; the ultraviolet sterilization lamp works regularly to sterilize the air and moisture in the box; the door heating system prevents the Glass door from condensing, and together creates a stable and clean simulated growth environment for cells, tissues or bacteria to foster in vivo.
Applications
Microbial research, agricultural scientific research, medical research, various tissue and cell fostering, AIDS research, tumor research, heart disease research, virus reproduction, bacterial fostering, genetic engineering, testtube baby technology, cloning technology, microbiology, immunology
Steps
1. Place the equipment in a stable and well-ventilated working environment (temperature + 5~ 35 ° C).
2. Connect the 220V 50Hz power supply.
3. Set the required temperature (RT + 5~ 60 ° C), CO2 concentration (0~ 20%) and Miscellaneous parameters (such as timing, UV disinfection) through the microcomputer controller or touch color screen.
4. Add an appropriate amount of sterile water to the humidification plate and humidify it by natural evaporation.
5. Place the foster on an adjustable shelf and close the box door.
6. Start the equipment, monitor the parameters displayed by the controller and run Linear dispersion to ensure normal operation.
7. After use, turn off the equipment according to the program and clean it.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in the required working environment temperature (+ 5~ 35 ℃).
• Power supply voltage is 220V 50Hz before use.
• Pay attention to monitoring the water level alarm and replenish sterile water in time.
• Regularly turn on the UV sterilization lamp to disinfect the box, but please be careful to turn off the UV Lamp before placing the foster.
• Keep the CO2 Intake Filter clean or replace it regularly (if optional).
• When cleaning, please use the design of antibacterial stainless steel liner and arc angle to clean thoroughly and avoid contamination.
• Pay attention to safety alarm prompts such as overheating, and deal with them in time.
• Do not block or damage the UV Lamp and Sensor on the back of the box during operation.
