Overview
RONGHUA INSTRUMENT CHP-160E Co2 incubator is a professional instrument specially designed for cells, tissues and bacteria to foster. It adopts a microcomputer intelligent controller and integrates various functions such as temperature control, CO2 concentration control, door temperature heating, water level monitoring, UV sterilization and timing, and has a complete safety protection and alarm system.

Principle
The incubator precisely regulates the environment in the box through a microcomputer intelligent controller. The temperature control system maintains the set temperature; CO2 gas enters the box through the air inlet (optional high-efficiency Filter), and the concentration is precisely monitored and controlled by the infrared Sensor; the humidity is maintained by natural evaporation; the ultraviolet sterilization lamp works regularly to sterilize the box environment; the door heating system prevents the Glass door from condensing, and together provides a stable, clean and controlled gas, temperature and humidity environment for cells, tissues or bacteria to foster.

Steps
1. Place the device in a position that meets the requirements of the working environment temperature (+ 5~ 35 ° C), and connect the 220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Set the required temperature (RT + 5~ 60 ℃), CO2 concentration (0~ 20%) and Miscellaneous parameters (such as timing, UV disinfection) through the microcomputer intelligent controller (digital/LCD/touch color screen).
3. Ensure that the water level of the humidifying disc is normal. If CO2 Filter is selected, check its installation status.
4. Start the equipment, the system will automatically control the temperature, CO2 concentration and humidity (natural evaporation), and run the door heating to prevent condensation.
5. The running status, Linear dispersion and alarm information can be monitored by the controller.
6. After use, turn off the equipment according to the procedures and clean it.

• Power supply voltage is 220V 50Hz before use.
• Pay attention to the water level alarm and adjust the water volume of the humidifying disc in time.
• Regularly run the UV sterilization lamp for disinfection in the box.
• Keep the door closed to reduce environment interference, pay attention to the door heating function to prevent condensation.
• Please use the arc design of the antibacterial stainless steel liner and adjustable shelves when cleaning.
• Pay attention to the CO2 concentration alarm prompt to ensure stable gas supply.
• Optional Microbial Filter and RS-485 interface should be installed and used according to instructions.
