RONGHUA INSTRUMENT CHP-240HE Co2 incubator is a professional instrument for fostering cells, tissues and bacteria. It adopts intelligent control and has various functions such as temperature control, gas control and disinfection. Its volume is 240L, which is suitable for a wide range of scientific research fields.

1. Microcomputer intelligent controller, with temperature control, CO2 gas, door temperature, water level, UV Lamp, timing control and over-temperature, water level, safety protection and alarm functions.

Principle
The Co2 incubator precisely adjusts the temperature and CO2 gas concentration in the box through a microcomputer intelligent controller to create a stable environment for cell or microbial growth. CO2 concentration is monitored and controlled by an infrared Sensor. The UV Lamp in the box can perform periodic sterilization, while the door heating function prevents the Glass door from condensing, jointly ensuring the cleanliness and stability of the foster environment.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Set the required temperature, CO2 concentration and other parameters through the microcomputer controller.
3. If disinfection is required, the UV sterilization lamp function can be activated.
4. Place the foster on the adjustable shelf.
5. Close the box door, the equipment starts running and maintains the set environment.
6. Linear dispersion and status can be monitored by touch screen.
7. After use, turn off the device according to the procedures.
Notice
Equipment should work at + 5~ 35 ℃ environment temperature.
• Power supply voltage is 220V 50Hz before use.
• Pay attention to the water level alarm and deal with it in time to avoid affecting the humidification function.
• Regularly clean the antibacterial stainless steel liner to maintain hygiene.
• Pay attention to the CO2 concentration alarm prompt to ensure stable concentration.
• When disinfecting the UV Lamp, do not look directly at the light source or place a foster here.
