Kenton KZ-23G LCD screen Vacuum oven is specially designed for drying heat-sensitive and prone to oxidation substances, especially suitable for powder or granular samples, which can effectively shorten the drying time. H-Transfer ™ shelf heat transfer technology to ensure uniform temperature distribution in the cavity and provide constant temperature guarantee for experiments.

Principle
The drying oven uses ALLHEAT ™ technology to distribute heating elements evenly around the inner tank to preheat the inner cavity, combined with heat transfer and forced fan convection, so that the temperature in the cavity is evenly reached and maintained at the set value. At the same time, the microcomputer PID control system precisely adjusts the temperature, and cooperates with the vacuum environment to achieve efficient and uniform drying of heat-sensitive and prone oxidation substances.

Steps
1. Put the sample into the box and adjust the spacing of the movable Shelf as needed.
2. Close the door and make sure the sealing is good.
3. Set the required temperature, vacuum and running time parameters through the LCD control panel.
4. Start the equipment, the system will automatically heat, vacuum and thermostatic control.
5. During operation, the temperature, wind speed, time, etc. can be monitored in real time through the LCD screen.
6. After the operation, the equipment can be stopped according to the setting, and the sample can be taken out after the normal pressure is restored in the box.
Notice
• The working environment temperature is recommended to be RT + 10~ 30 ° C, and the humidity is below 70%.
• Power supply voltage is single phase AC220V/50Hz, voltage fluctuation within +/- 10%.
• Please check the sealing of the box door before operation to ensure that it is closed in place.
• Do not force open the box door while the device is running.
• When cleaning, take advantage of its circular liner and removable Shelf design for easy maintenance.
• The equipment has over-temperature protection and alarm functions. If it is triggered, please check the cause in time.
• During maintenance, please note that the electrical control components are located on the upper part of the box.
