Overview
The YONGLIDA NDJ-5S digital Viscometer is a digital Rotational Viscometer, an intelligent liquid viscosity measurement instrument that automatically completes the measurement of liquid viscosity through computer program control and directly displays the measured viscosity value through the LCD screen. The NDJ-5S digital Viscometer uses MCS-1 series microcomputer-controlled stepper motors, which can continuously adjust the Rotation speed and ensure the accuracy of viscosity measurement. The NDJ-5S has a viscosity measurement range of 10~ 100000mPa · s and is equipped with rotors 1~ 4.

Principle
The Rotational Viscometer calculates the absolute viscosity of a liquid by measuring the Tack Resistance of the rotor as it swirls/spins in the liquid.

Oil, paints, food, Adhesives, cosmetics and other industries and R & D institutions
Steps
1. Choose the appropriate rotor model based on the estimated viscosity of the liquid to be tested.
2. Install the selected rotor.
3. Immerse the rotor in the liquid to be tested to the specified scale.
4. Choose the appropriate Rotation speed (6, 12, 30 or 60rpm).
5. Start the instrument, automatically measure and display the viscosity value.
Notice
• Choose the appropriate rotor according to the estimated viscosity range before measurement.
• The depth of the rotor immersed in the liquid must meet the specified requirements.
• Power supply voltage is 220V/50Hz.
• Measurement accuracy of +/- 5% F.S.
To connect to a computer, you can use the RS-232 Interface.
