Principle
The Disperser drives the three-phase asynchronous motor to drive the dispersion shaft swirl/spin through the frequency converter stepless speed regulation, drives the stainless steel dispersion disc to disperse and stir operations, and the electric lifting platform can adjust the working height.
Applications
Dispersion and stirring experiment
Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220V/380V).
2. Adjust the dispersion disc to the required height through the electric lifting platform.
3. Use the inverter to set the required Rotation speed (0~ 2880rpm).
4. Start the equipment for dispersion or stirring operation.
5. After the operation is completed, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Power supply voltage matching equipment requirements (220V/380V).
• The viscosity of the processed material does not exceed 30000cp.
• Pay attention to the position of the dispersion disc during operation to avoid collision.
• Regularly check whether the dispersion disc connecting screws are tightened.
• Keep the working area clean when the equipment is running to avoid dust accumulation.
