Principle
The Disperser drives the three-phase asynchronous motor through the inverter stepless speed regulation, drives the dispersion shaft and dispersion disc to carry out high-speed swirl/spin, realizes the dispersion and stirring of materials; adopts the electric lifting platform to adjust the working height and adapt to different experimental needs.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220V/380V)
2. Adjust the electric lifting platform to the required height
3. Set the speed range of the inverter (0~ 2880rpm)
4. Start the equipment for dispersion or mixing operation
5. Turn off the power and clean the equipment after the operation is completed

• Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements (220V/380V) before use
• Pay attention to the position of the dispersion disc during operation to avoid collision
• Regularly check whether the dispersion disc connecting screws are tightened
• Do not touch swirling/spinning parts during equipment operation
• Keep the work area clean to avoid dust accumulation
