Principle
The Disperser realizes stepless speed regulation by controlling the three-phase asynchronous motor through the frequency converter, drives the dispersion shaft to drive the stainless steel dispersion disc for high-speed swirl/spin, completes the dispersion and stirring process of the material, and adjusts the working height through the electric lifting platform.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220V/380V)
2. Adjust the height of the dispersion disc through the electric lifting platform
3. Set the speed range of the inverter (0~ 2880rpm)
4. Start the equipment for dispersion or mixing operation
5. Turn off the power after use and clean the equipment

• Power supply voltage matches equipment requirements (220V/380V)
• The viscosity of the treated material should not exceed 30000cp
Processing capacity is 200L (based on water)
• Check whether the dispersion disc connection is firm before use
• Keep the equipment clean and avoid corrosion residues
