Principle
The Disperser drives the dispersion shaft swirl/spin through a three-phase asynchronous motor, and the dispersion disc performs high-speed dispersion and stirring operations in the material. The frequency converter is used to achieve stepless speed regulation, and the Rotation speed can be precisely controlled according to the process requirements. The electric lifting platform can adjust the position of the dispersion disc in the material, lifting Travel up to 500mm to ensure uniform dispersion effect.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220V/380V)
2. Put the material into the processing container
3. Adjust the dispersion disc position through the electric lifting platform
4. Rotation speed (0~ 2880rpm)
5. Start the device for decentralized operations
6. Turn off the power after the job is completed
7. Remove dispersion disc for cleaning and maintenance

• Material viscosity should not exceed 30000cp
• Ensure that the dispersion disc is firmly installed before starting the device
