Overview
HUXI HR-2200DRH Electric Lifting Mulser is a device designed for small laboratory experiments. By mechanical external force, the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials is narrowed, and one phase is evenly distributed to another or more phases to achieve the effect of refinement and homogeneity, dispersion and emulsification, forming a stable dispersion system. Can be equipped with a variety of different specifications of the work head.
Features
1. High efficiency, fast and uniform distribution of materials, to achieve the effect of refinement and homogenization, dispersion and emulsification, product stability is not easy to delamination.
2. High processing accuracy, long life, rotating stator forging material and CNC numerical control machining center processing, small clearance, good shear fineness, high efficiency, optional chill down double-decked cylinder, equipment can run for a long time low temperature, support timing emulsification automatic shutdown.
3. Variety of methods, compact structure, beautiful and labor-saving electric lifting, free installation, matching single-layer/double-decked Mixing Tank according to material viscosity to meet different working conditions.
4. Non-standard strong, can be customized explosion-proof type, closed type, manual lifting type, etc., material optional SS304/SS316L/Hastelloy/titanium molybdenum nickel alloy, etc., and can customize different emulsification heads to meet laboratory or small batch needs.
5.304 stainless steel package shell, fixed base.
Principle
Vacuum is formed between the rotor and the stator by strong motor high-speed swirl/spin, and the material is sucked from the upper and bottom of the rotor and stator. Large kinetic energy causes the rotor to generate extremely high linear velocity. The material is sent out after strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and strong shearing in the gap between the rotor and the stator, generating strong turbulence under various directional forces. Under the appropriate emulsifying agent and mature process, a stable emulsion is produced through repeated cycles of depolymerization, dispersion and homogenization, refinement and shearing.
Applications
Dispersion, emulsification and homogenization of materials in biological, food, coatings, inks, Spinning & weaving aids, cosmetics, lubricating oils, pesticides and other industries; The process of mixing solids and liquids, liquids and liquids to form solutions, colloids, suspensions or emulsions, such as soup, dairy products, tissue homogenate, cosmetics, surfactants, asphalt, emulsifying agents, oilfield chemicals and more than a thousand other materials.
