Principle
Powerful motor high-speed swirl/spin to form a vacuum between the rotor and stator, and the material is sucked from the upper and bottom of the rotor and stator. Large kinetic energy generates extremely high linear velocity, and the material flies out after strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and strong shearing in the rotation and stator gap, forming a strong turbulent flow. Under the emulsifying agent and process, repeated cycles of depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement, and shearing produce a stable emulsion.
Applications

Steps
1. Choose the matching single-layer or double-decked Mixing Tank according to the material viscosity.
2. Select the rotating stator form (long hole type, round hole type, mesh hole type or claw type) as required.
3. Set the emulsification duration and Speed range (0~ 2800rpm).
4. Start the equipment, the motor swirls/spins at high speed to inhale and handle the material.
5. The equipment automatically runs until the set time and then stops.

• Select the appropriate Mixing Tank and Stator according to the material viscosity.
• Ensure equipment operates within Rated power (4000W) and Standard Processing capacity (400L).
• Regularly check the rotating stator clearance and abrasion to maintain shear efficiency.
