HUXI HR-550JBF round tube Disperser is a smart and convenient experimental equipment. It uses variable frequency motor, stable operation, low noise, and can easily meet a variety of high-demand dispersion and stirring experiments.

Principle
Rotation speed can be adjusted steplessly by the brushless motor controlled by the frequency converter. The motor drives the dispersion shaft to drive the stainless steel dispersion disc to swirl/spin at high speed to cut, disperse and stir the material. The spring lifting mechanism can easily adjust the working height of the dispersion disc.
Applications
High-demand dispersion test, high-demand stirring test
Steps
Place the device on a stable bench and connect it to a 220V power supply.
2. According to the experimental requirements, adjust the dispersion disc to a suitable height through the spring lifting mechanism.
3. Place the material to be processed in a suitable container.
4. Start the device and slowly adjust the Rotation speed from 0 to the desired Rotation speed (up to 8000rpm) through the speed control knob.
5. Rotation speed at the set dispersion or stirring operation.
6. After the operation is completed, return the Rotation speed to 0 and turn off the power.
7. When removing the dispersion disc for cleaning, use the inner hexagon tool to loosen the connecting screw.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 220V and the connection is reliable.
• The maximum processing viscosity of the equipment is 20000cp, and the processing capacity is recommended not to exceed 5L. Please do not use it beyond the limit.
• When starting, slowly adjust from low speed to the required Rotation speed to avoid sudden high-speed start.
• The action should be smooth when adjusting the lift.
• Regularly check whether the dispersion disc connection is firm.
• Please disconnect the power supply when cleaning, and be careful to avoid water entering the motor part.
• Do not use in flammable and explosive environments.
• When the device is running, do not put your hands or tools near the swirl/spin parts.
