Overview
SGW-756 automatic refractometer (temperature control) is an INESA brand High Accuracy measuring instrument, using high-resolution CCD detection system and color LCD Touchscreen to achieve automatic measurement, rapid test and excellent Repeatability. The instrument has the characteristics of large capacity storage, corrosion resistance prism, LED long life Illuminant, sampling only 0.5ml, supports sample recovery and nondestructive measurement, and meets the requirements of Pharmacopoeia, GMP, GLP and FDA/Chapter 21 CFR11.

Principle
Based on refractive index Measurement principle, the instrument automatically analyzes the refractive characteristics of the sample through a high-resolution CCD detection system, combines semiconductor (Paltier) and flow cell temperature control technology to ensure the temperature stability of the measurement process, and realizes fast and accurate refractive index and concentration determination.

Steps
1. Boot and start the Windows Operating system
2. Measurement mode through 8-inch Color Touchscreen
3. sampling 0.5 ml placed in the measurement prism
4. Set temperature parameters (Temperature range 5~ 85 ℃)
5. Start automatic measurement process
6. View and save measurement results
7. Optional data printing, exporting, or uploading to the LIMS system

• Check the cleaning status of the prism before use to avoid contamination affecting the measurement
• Temperature control accuracy should be kept within +/- 0.02 ° C
