Principle
The WZS5 handheld sugar meter uses the refractive principle to determine the concentration of liquids by measuring their refractive index, achieving fast and accurate sugar measurement.

Steps
1. Open the instrument cover
2. Drop a small amount of liquid to be tested on the surface of the prism
3. Close the cover to ensure even distribution of the liquid
4. Illuminant scale readings
5. Record measurement results
