Overview
JINGHUAYIQI JH-YB flexographic proofing machine is a professional equipment for monochrome proofing (such as color scheme, testing, etc.). It uses a large drum structure for easy installation of printing materials, Printing Plates and cleaning of Printing Plates, and is suitable for a variety of inks and proofing materials.
Features
1. Pottery and porcelain rollers first rotate the ink evenly, the printing material and Printing Plate drum start to rotate synchronously for one week to complete the proofing work, Pottery and porcelain rollers, printing material rollers and Printing Plate rollers run synchronously to ensure the proofing mass.
2. The four structures of scraper, Pottery and porcelain roller, Printing Plate cylinder and printing material cylinder can adjust the pressure separately and flexibly.
3. The mesh roller and scraper are easy to disassemble and assemble.
4. Using large roller structure, it is simple and convenient to install printing materials, install Printing Plate and clean Printing Plate.
Principle
When the equipment is working, Pottery and porcelain rollers rotate first to achieve uniform inking, and then the printing material and the Printing Plate drum start and rotate one week synchronously to complete the proofing process. During operation, Pottery and porcelain rollers, printing material rollers and Printing Plate rollers are synchronized to ensure proofing mass.

Steps
1. Use a dropper to drip ink.
2. Start the equipment. Pottery and porcelain rollers rotate first to achieve uniform inking.
3. Then the printing material starts synchronously with the Printing Plate cylinder, and rotates for one week to complete the proofing.
Notice
• Proofing material Film thickness should be within the range of 0.01~ 2mm (bendable material).
• The maximum size of the proofing material is 170x200mm.
• The printing area is 117 * 138mm.
• The plate area is 150X 170mm.
• Film thickness of the plate needs to match, such as DuPont in the United States: 1.14mm thick flexographic version, adhesive 0.38mm.
• The pressure of the plate roller and the screen roller, the pressure of the plate roller and the embossing pressure can be adjusted, the adjustment range is +/- 2mm, and the pressure is displayed on a scale.
• The ink leveling speed range is 10-80m/min.
• Pottery and porcelain mesh rollers are (US) φ 70x200mm, and the number of lines is standard with 600LPI (70-1200 lines can be customized).
• Applicable inks include flexographic waterborne, UV ink, lithography, letterpress plate plain or UV ink.
• Applicable proofing materials include paper, Plastic film, non-woven fabric, napkin, gold and silver cardboard, etc.
