Principle
The instrument is designed based on the principle of refraction, and quantitatively analyzes the component concentration by measuring the change of the refractive index of the sample solution to light. When the sample drops on the prism, the internal Optical inspection system of the instrument detects the refractive index and converts it into a numerical display of wine accuracy.
