Overview
YONGLIDA MSBS Visual Color Assessment Cabinet is a four-Illuminant Standard light source color light box, equipped with D65, TL84, F/A, UV four Illuminants, used to accurately calibrate the Color deviation of the goods. Color detection is particularly important in the case of insufficient natural light such as cloudy and dark, which helps to improve product mass and market competitiveness.
Features
Standard light sources: D65 (international standard artificial daylight), TL84 (European/Japanese store Illuminant), F/A (home/sunset Illuminant), UV (ultraviolet light source) to meet the multi-scene color requirements.
2. With the function of testing the Metamerism effect, it can detect the difference of Color in different Illuminants.
3. The internal background adopts the prescribed medium gray, and the reflectivity is less than one-third of the incident ray to ensure the objectivity and accuracy of the color environment.
4. Illuminant illumination range is wide (750 to 3200 lux), suitable for different detection needs.
5. Record the use time of each Illuminant separately, and it is recommended to replace the light pipe after 2000 hours to maintain the detection accuracy and avoid errors caused by light pipe aging.
Principle
The Color Assessment Cabinet simulates lighting conditions in different environments by providing stable, standard D65, TL84, F/A, and UV artificial Illuminants. The user visually compares the sample to the standard color sample under the designated Standard light source, and judges the conformity of Color through human eye observation. The gray background inside it can reduce the color interference of the environment and ensure the accuracy of Color assessment. UV Illuminant is used to excite the fluorescent substances in the sample to detect the effects of Fluorescent Whitening Agent.

Standards
The D65 artificial daylight standard recognized by the International Institute of Illumination (CIE).
Steps
1. Put the sample to be tested and the standard color sample into the Color Assessment Cabinet.
2. According to the detection requirements, select the corresponding Illuminant (such as D65, TL84, F/A or UV) through the control panel.
3. In the medium gray background environment, the color difference between the sample and the standard color sample is visually compared.
4. Switch between different Illuminants to check for Metamerism effect in the sample.
5. Record the test results and turn off the Illuminant after use.
Notice
* When matching colors, ensure that the internal background of the Color Assessment Cabinet is the specified medium gray.
* Pay attention to regularly check and record the use time of each Illuminant. It is recommended to replace the light pipe after a total of 2000 hours of use to prevent the aging of the light pipe from affecting the detection accuracy.
* When using UV Illuminant, it should be noted that it is used to detect the fluorescence effect and observe the luminance change of the sample under ultraviolet irradiation.
* Power supply voltage is AC 220V 50HZ.
* In the key Color determination, it is recommended to perform a comprehensive comparison under a variety of Standard light sources.
