Overview
The WZB-F HN2 Portable digital refractometer is a professional measuring instrument from the INESA brand, dedicated to honey analysis, with an oversized TFT backlit color screen display and automatic temperature compensation. The instrument is ergonomically designed, the material is environmentally friendly and durable, and has passed the IP65 waterproof and dustproof verification to ensure reliable use in many environments.
Features
1. Large TFT backlit color screen, clear and intuitive display
2. Multiple range options, can be freely combined to adapt to different measurement needs
3. Automatic temperature compensation function to improve measurement accuracy
4. User-defined zero mode, easy to adapt to different measurement environments
5. Ergonomic design, materials that are environmentally friendly and durable
6. Anti-light interference design to ensure stable measurement
7. Passed IP65 waterproof and dustproof verification, strong protection performance
Principle
The Portable digital refractometer works based on the principle of refraction of light and determines its concentration or related parameters by measuring the change of the refractive index of the light on the sample. The instrument automatically performs temperature compensation to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results at different Ambient Temperatures, and the user can adjust it to suit specific conditions by customizing the zero mode.
Applications
Honey analysis
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply of the instrument and ensure that the screen is displayed normally.
2. Measurement mode (such as Brighton, Baume or water content)
3. Use user-defined zero mode to adjust the zero to fit the measurement environment
4. Drop the sample on the measurement prism to ensure uniform coverage
5. Wait for the instrument to automatically complete the measurement and read the display result
6. Clean the prism after recording the data for next use
Notice
• Avoid exposing the instrument to extreme temperatures or Humidity environments to prevent accuracy
• Clean the measurement prism in time after use to prevent sample residue from causing errors
• Ensure that the instrument is used within the allowable range of IP65 Protection Rating to avoid flooding or large amounts of dust
Periodically calibrate instruments to maintain measurement accuracy
• Pay attention to anti-skid when operating, because the design is ergonomic but you need to be careful with your hands
