The instrument is ergonomically designed, the material is environmentally friendly and durable, and has passed the IP65 waterproof and dustproof verification to ensure stable use in a variety of environments.
Features
1. Large TFT backlit color screen display, clear and intuitive reading
2. Multiple range options, can be freely combined to adapt to different measurement needs
3. Automatic temperature compensation function to improve measurement accuracy
4. User-defined zero mode, easy to adapt to different measurement environments
5. Ergonomic design, materials that are environmentally friendly and durable
6. Anti-light interference design to ensure stable measurement
7. Passed IP65 waterproof and dustproof verification, strong protection performance
Principle
Portable digital refractometer works based on the principle of light refraction, and determines the accuracy of wine by measuring the change of refractive index of the sample to light. The built-in Sensor of the instrument automatically detects the refractive index of the sample, and combines the automatic temperature compensation function to eliminate the influence of temperature and ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurement results.
Applications
Alcohol measurement, food and beverage, chemical industry, laboratory, quality control
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply of the instrument and ensure that the display screen starts normally.
2. Select Measurement mode as needed and set custom zero
3. Drop the sample on the measurement prism to ensure uniform coverage
4. Wait for the instrument to automatically complete the measurement and temperature compensation
5. Read the wine accuracy data on the display and record the results
6. Clean the prism after use and turn off the power to save power
Notice
• Make sure the instrument is fully charged before use and avoid operating in extreme temperatures
• Samples should be evenly covered with prisms during measurement to avoid bubbles affecting the results
• Regularly clean the prism to prevent residues from interfering with Measurement accuracy
• Avoid strong impact or immersion in liquids to maintain IP65 protection performance
• Custom zero setting needs to be adjusted according to the actual environment to ensure measurement accuracy
