Overview
WZS A1 handheld Salinometer (refractometer) is a precision opticalin strument for liquid concentration measurement under the INESA brand. It has the characteristics of simple operation, easy portability, convenient use, less liquid measurement, accurate and fast. It is suitable for salinity and Brix measurement and is widely used in sugar industry inspection, fruit inspection, food and beverage, marine aquaculture, scientific research and machining industries.
Features
1. Simple operation, easy to carry and easy to use
2. Less liquid measurement, accurate and fast
3. Precision opticalin strument design
4. Lightweight and portable, Net weight is only 160g
5. Support salinity and Brix dual parameter measurement
Principle
The WZS A1 handheld Salinometer works on the principle of refraction and determines the concentration of a liquid by measuring its refractive index of light rays. As the ray of light passes through the liquid to be tested, the instrument detects the refractive index change and converts it to a salinity or Brix value displayed on the scale.
Applications
Sugar industry testing, fruit inspection, food and beverage, marine aquaculture, scientific research, mechanical processing
Steps
1. Open the cover of the instrument and add a small amount of liquid to be tested on the surface of the prism
2. Close the cover plate to ensure that the liquid covers the measurement area evenly
3. Point the instrument at the Illuminant and observe the scale reading through the eyepiece
4. Read the corresponding salinity or Brix value
5. Clean the prism surface after use
Notice
• Make sure the instrument is clean and drying before use
• Liquid should evenly cover the surface of the prism during measurement
• Avoid reading in direct or insufficient ray of light environments
• Clean the prism in time after use to prevent the residue from affecting the accuracy
Keep it safe to avoid collisions and falls
Periodically calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy
