Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator flows through the paint into the film head, combines the bar and drawdown blade, and uniformly coats the material surface by its own gravity. Control the Spreader speed and the pressure applied to the film applicator to ensure the uniformity and smoothness of the Spreader coating.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and fix it with a mechanical fixture; 2. Select the coating method (bar or drawdown blade) and set the thickness and rate of the Spreader; 3. Set the Spreader Travel through Touchscreen control; 4. Start the device and automatically complete the Spreader process; 5. Check the film effect and adjust the parameters if necessary.

* Make sure that the power supply of the equipment is 220V 50HZ before operation; * Spreader thickness needs to be set according to the bar model or drawdown blade to avoid exceeding the range; * The substrate should be fixed firmly to prevent movement from affecting the uniformity of the Spreader; * The coating speed should not be too fast or too slow, it is recommended to adjust within 5~ 200mm/s; * Regularly clean the film head and bar to keep the equipment hygienic; * Optional accessories such as liquid leakage tanks need to be installed correctly; * Customized functions such as automatic lame plating need to be operated by professionals; * Net weight 55KG of the equipment, pay attention to safety when handling.
