Overview
TBJ-G-XB is an automatic film applicator developed according to the requirements of GB/T 9756-2018. The device is designed to solve the problem of inconsistency caused by artificial film due to speed, pressure and other factors. It can repeatedly and continuously prepare smooth, flat and flawless accurate wet-film samples on different substrates, which significantly improves the reproducibility of film. It has been favored by many enterprises, R & D institutions and Universities & colleges.
Features
1. Spreader accuracy is high, up to +/- 0.001mm or +/- 0.0001mm.
2. Spreader Film thickness range, according to different rod specifications, covering 1.5μm to 150μm.
3. Standard 1 China wire rod and 1 250mm long imported wire rod.
4. Spreader speed range is wide, 5~ 180mm/s (less than 5mm/s can be customized).

6. Speed can achieve stepless variable speed control.

Principle
The automatic Film Applicator precisely controls the speed of the Spreader and the pressure applied to the film applicator (rod), and moves uniformly on the substrate fixed by vacuum adsorption, so that the Spreader produces a uniform and consistent wet-film with uniform Film thickness. Its automated operation eliminates the instability of the manual Spreader and ensures a high degree of reproducibility of the results of each film.

Sample preparation and testing of Coatings, inks, Adhesives and other products in corporate R & D, scientific research institutions, Universities & colleges.
Steps
1. Prepare and fix the substrate to be Spreader on the Spreader stage.
2. Select the appropriate bar according to the required wet film thickness and install it.
3. Set the required Spreader speed and other parameters through the touch screen.
4. Start the device, and the Automatic Film Applicator will complete the Spreader process according to the set parameters.
5. After the Spreader is completed, the sample is removed for subsequent processing or testing.
Notice
• Please ensure that the device power supply (220V 50Hz) is connected correctly and stably before use.
• According to the film thickness and flatness of the Spreader substrate, corresponding optional accessories (such as substrate fixing fixtures, fine-tuning horizontal height support feet, silicone pads, etc.) can be selected to ensure the Spreader mass.
• Spreaders of different Film thicknesses or materials should be selected with corresponding specifications.
• Keep the Spreader table clean to avoid impurities affecting the film effect.
• Customized functions (such as jet system, UV curing, etc.) need to be specified at the time of booking.
• Net weight of the equipment 72KG, pay attention to safety when moving and installing.
• The effective Spreader area is 400 * 190mm, please ensure that the sample size is within this range.
