The TBJ-A bar Lab Film Applicator is a newly upgraded product. It is carefully designed for Spreader accurate wet-film on different substrates, and can repeatedly and continuously prepare smooth, flat and flawless test samples. After the equipment was put into the market, it was favored by many familiar companies, R & D institutions, Universities & colleges. This Automatic film applicator comes standard with 1 China bar and 1 imported bar with an accuracy of up to 1μm.
Features
1. The coating method is bar Spreader, the thickness range is 1~ 571.5 μm (determined according to the bar model), and the accuracy is +/- 0.001mm; 2. The effective coating area is 400 * 300mm (customizable), and the number in the range of 1~ 400mm Spreader Travel is arbitrarily set; 3. The coating speed is 5~ 200mm/s (< 5mm/s customizable), and the speed control is infinitely variable; 4. Substrate clamping method adopts Vacuum chuck, Vacuum Area 400 * 300mm (customizable); 5. Control mode is Touchscreen control, easy to operate; 6. Accessories and customization are available, such as leakage tank, automatic lame plating device, UV curing device, etc.
Principle
Automatic film applicator Spreader precise wet-film on different substrates by bar coating method. Vacuum chuck is used to fix the substrate, and the coating speed is controlled by stepless speed change. Repeated and continuous preparation of smooth and flat test samples within the set Travel.

Steps
1. Set Spreader parameters through Touchscreen, including Spreader Travel and speed; 2. Use Vacuum chuck to fix the substrate; 3. Select and install the bar; 4. Start the device for Spreader operation; 5. Optional Accessories for auxiliary operation as needed.
