Principle
Spreader material is homogenized on the surface of the substrate with a bar or drawdown blade by controlling the Spreader speed and applying a steady pressure. The substrate is heated by Platen Heating method, and the mechanical fixture ensures the stability of the substrate for accurate Spreader thickness and uniformity control.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and fix it on the mechanical fixture
2. Select the coating method (bar or drawdown blade) and install the corresponding tool
3. Set Spreader Parameters: Speed, Thickness, Travel, etc
4. If heating is required, set the heating temperature
5. Start the Spreader process via Touchscreen
6. Remove the sample after completing the Spreader
