Automatic Film Applicator realizes accurate Spreader by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the pressure applied to the film applicator. Two coating methods, bar and adjustable drawdown blade, are used to fix the substrate through Vacuum chuck to ensure Stability and uniformity during the Spreader process. The operator sets the parameters through the Touchscreen, and the machine automatically executes the Spreader Travel to ensure the conformity of the wet-film.
