Overview
TBJ-X3-XB Automatic Film Applicator is a small Lab Film Applicator for China experiments. It adopts imported accessories and is cheap, and is favored by multinational R & D institutions, universities and scientific research institutions at home and abroad. By controlling the speed and stable pressure, the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader's gluing are guaranteed, the problem of artificial film inconsistency is solved, and the film reproducibility is improved. One China and one imported bar are standard.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicator realizes accurate Spreader by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the pressure applied to the film applicator. Two coating methods, bar and adjustable drawdown blade, are used to fix the substrate through Vacuum chuck to ensure Stability and uniformity during the Spreader process. The operator sets the parameters through the Touchscreen, and the machine automatically executes the Spreader Travel to ensure the conformity of the wet-film.

Steps
1. Prepare substrate and place in Vacuum chuck area
2. Set Spreader parameters (such as speed, Travel) through Touchscreen
3. Select the coating method (bar or drawdown blade) and install the corresponding tool
4. Start the machine and automatically execute the Spreader process
5. After completing the Spreader, remove the sample for subsequent processing
Notice
* Make sure the power supply is connected correctly before operation, use 220V 50HZ power supply
* Spreader speed setting needs to be in the range of 5~ 200mm/s, lower than 5mm/s needs to be customized
* Vacuum chuck area should be kept clean to avoid clogging the aperture
* Pay attention to Temperature Uniformity when using the heating function to avoid overheating
* Optional accessories such as leakage tank, fixing fixture, etc. need to be selected according to application requirements
* Customized functions such as automatic lame plating, UV curing, etc. need to confirm the specifications in advance
* Spreader thickness range should be set according to bar type or drawdown blade to ensure accuracy
