Overview
The YONGLIDA JFA-II Fixture Film Applicator is an automatic fixture Film Applicator for automatically Spreader accurate wet-film on different substrates. Principle
The device is driven by a motor to move the Spreader head (bar or drawdown blade) along a linear track at a uniform speed to evenly Spreader the paint on the surface of the substrate fixed on the table. Its stepless speed control system allows precise control of the Spreader speed to obtain the desired wet film thickness and uniformity.

Steps
1. Spreader the substrate to be fixed flat on the table.
2. Select and install the bar or Blade Coating head according to your needs.
3. Place an appropriate amount of paint in the starting position of the Spreader.
4. Set the required Spreader speed through the control panel.
5. Start the device, and the Spreader header automatically completes Spreader Travel.
6. After the Spreader is completed, remove the sample for subsequent processing or testing.
Notice
• Please ensure that the device power supply (220V 50Hz) is connected correctly and stably before use.
• Do not place your hands or Miscellaneous items under moving parts during operation.
• Select the appropriate Spreader head (bar or drawdown blade) and speed according to Spreader requirements.
• Keep the workbench and Spreader head clean to avoid residual paint affecting the Spreader mass.
When the device is not in use, please cut off the power supply.
