Overview
LANYU LYE500W-T (Set 2) High shear dispersion Mulser is driven by a compact series micro high-speed motor, which is suitable for stirring and mixing of low to medium and high viscosity liquids in laboratories or pilot workshops, and shearing emulsification of crushed granular materials in liquid media. The machine is composed of a high-speed motor, a shearing emulsification working head and a speed control controller. The driving host adopts good engineering plastics and die-casting aluminum alloys as the body, and the running state is stable. The working head is refined from good stainless steel, and has a wide range of experimental applications.

Principle
The experimental equipment is driven by a high-speed motor to rotate the stator with precision matching of the shearing emulsification working head. Under the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, high-frequency, strong circumferential tangential velocity, angular velocity and other comprehensive kinetic energy are formed, which prompts the experimental material to be sucked into the rotor area from the bottom of the experimental vessel and thrown out of the stator hole under the action of huge centrifugal force. The stator and rotor form strong, reciprocating hydraulic shearing, friction, centrifugal extrusion, liquid flow collision and other comprehensive effects in a reasonable narrow gap. The experimental material is cycled in the container and bears tens of thousands of shearing, tearing, impact and mixing per minute, so as to achieve the effect of shearing emulsification. Its working process efficiency is about a thousand times higher than that of ordinary stirring.
