Principle
The AD25 Disperse Homogenizer uses a high-speed motor to drive the working head swirl/spin, generating high shear force for liquid mixing, dispersion, emulsification and cell crushing. The microprocessor controls the Rotation speed to automatically compensate for load changes and power fluctuations to maintain constant speed operation; soft start and overload protection mechanisms ensure equipment Stability and safety in continuous operation.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC220V.
2. Dip the working head into the liquid, with a minimum height of 50mm and a maximum height of 225mm.
3. Use the combined control knob to turn on the device and adjust the stepless speed to the required Rotation speed (1000~ 28000rpm).
4. Rotation speed is monitored through LED display and running time is controlled by timing function.
5. After the experiment, turn off the power and clean the working head.
Notice
• Ensure that the Ambient Temperature does not exceed 40 ° C and the relative humidity does not exceed 80%.
• The height of the working head immersed in the liquid should be between 50mm and 225mm.
• The maximum processing viscosity does not exceed 5000cp, and the standard Processing capacity is 80~ 5000mL.
The maximum operating temperature should not exceed 120 ° C to avoid overheating damage.
• In case of overload during operation, the equipment will automatically protect and check the load.
• Regularly check the working head and bearing material (PTFE) to ensure no abrasion.
