Principle
The AD25 Disperse Homogenizer uses a high-speed motor to drive the working head swirl/spin, generating high shear force to achieve dispersion, homogenization and emulsification of the liquid medium. Steps
1. Connect the power supply, ensure that the Rated voltage AC220V and Frequency 50/60HZ match.
2. Immerse the working head in the liquid, ensuring that the immersion height is between 50mm and 225mm.
3. Use the combined control knob for stepless speed regulation, and set the required Rotation speed within the range of 1000~ 28000rpm.
4. Rotation speed is observed through the LED display and parameters are adjusted using the Rotation speed memory function.
5. Set up the running timing control and start the equipment for decentralized or homogeneous operation.
6. After the operation is completed, turn off the power supply and clean the working head.
