Principle
The AD25 Disperse Homogenizer drives the working head swirl/spin through a high-speed motor to generate high shear force to achieve mixing, dispersion, emulsification or cell crushing of the liquid medium. The Microprocessing Control system monitors load and power fluctuations in real time, automatically compensates for Rotation speed changes, and ensures a constant speed of operation. The integrated structure provides stable power output. The working head swirl/spin at high speed in the liquid to achieve a uniform processing effect.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply, ensure Rated voltage AC220V and Frequency 50/60HZ.
2. Dip the working head into the liquid, with a minimum height of 60mm and a maximum height of 230mm.
3. Use the combined control knob to adjust the Rotation speed, the range is 1000~ 28000rpm.
4. Rotation speed monitoring via LED display, use Rotation speed memory function if necessary.
5. Set the running time and control the experiment time.
6. Start the equipment for mixing, dispersing or crushing operations.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power and clean the working head.
Notice
• Ensure that the Ambient Temperature does not exceed 40 ° C and the relative humidity does not exceed 80%.
• The height of the working head immersed in the liquid should be between 60mm and 230mm.
• The maximum processing viscosity does not exceed 5000cp, and the standard Processing capacity is 100~ 8000mL.
The maximum operating temperature should not exceed 120 ° C to avoid overheating damage.
• Regularly check the abrasion of the bearing material PTFE.
• Pay attention to load changes during operation, and the equipment has overload protection but needs to avoid long-term overload.
• Make sure the equipment is powered off during cleaning and maintenance.
