Principle
The AD25 Disperse Homogenizer uses a high-speed motor to drive the working head swirl/spin, generating high shear forces for liquid mixing, dispensing or tissue crushing. The Microprocessing Control system instantly compensates for load changes and power fluctuations to maintain a constant Rotation speed, ensuring uniform and reliable dispersion and emulsification.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the Rated voltage is AC220V; 2. Immerse the working head in the liquid, the minimum immersion height is 60mm, and the maximum immersion height is 230mm; 3. Use the combined control knob for stepless speed regulation, and set the Rotation speed in the range of 1000~ 28000rpm; 4. Set the running timing as needed; 5. Start the device and observe the LED Rotation speed display to ensure stable operation; 6. After the experiment is completed, turn off the power and clean the working head.
