The BH-90 is a portable single gas detector, model BH-90-CH2O (0-100ppm), specially designed to detect formaldehyde gas. The instrument uses mainstream micro-control technology, with fast Response, High Measurement accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability, and simple operation. Its small size, IP65 high waterproof performance, built-in large-capacity rechargeable lithium battery and flashlight function, equipped with 12864 dot matrix LCD screen, suitable for gas leakage detection and safety prevention in a variety of harsh environments.

Principle
BH-90 Portable Gas detector uses Electrochemical sensor principle to detect target gas through diffusion Sampling method. When formaldehyde gas in the environment diffuses into the Sensor, the Sensor generates an electrical signal proportional to the gas concentration. After processing and analysis by the microcontroller inside the instrument, the concentration value is displayed in real time on the LCD screen. When the concentration exceeds the preset low or high alarm point, the instrument will trigger sound, light and vibration alarms.

Steps
1. Power on: Long press the power button to start the instrument.
2. Self-test: Conduct self-test after the instrument is started to observe whether the screen display and status indicator are normal.
3. Detection: Place the instrument in the environment to be tested, wait for the reading to be stable, and the screen will display the formaldehyde gas concentration in real time.
4. View records: Historical alarm records can be queried through the menu function.
5. Charging: Use the matching charger to charge the built-in lithium battery, and the charging time is about 4-6 hours.
Notice
* The working environment temperature of the instrument is -20 ° C~ 50 ° C, and the humidity is 0-95% RH (non-condensing).
* When the environment humidity is greater than 90% RH, it needs to be equipped with an filtrating drying cylinder.
Do not charge or disassemble the instrument in a dangerous location.
* Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 2 years and need to be calibrated or replaced periodically to ensure accurate detection.
* The instrument alarm point is set to understate 5ppm and overstate 10ppm. Please do not modify it without authorization.
* The default password is 8888. If you need to modify it, please follow the instructions.
* Instrument Protection Rating is IP65, but avoid prolonged immersion or strong Impacts.
