Principle
By applying a standard contact pressure of 20 +/- 0.5Kpa and a contact area of 10 +/- 0.2cm ², the measurement surface is in full contact with the measured material, and the thickness of the material is measured by High Accuracy Sensor, and the parallelism of the measurement surface is less than or equal to 0.035mm to improve the measurement accuracy.
