Overview
HORIZON SPL-30A lifting fatigue tester is an instrument specially used to perform up and down vibration fatigue test on portable plastic bags. This instrument meets the standards of BB/T0039-2006 "Retail Encasement Bag" and GB/T21661-2008 "Plastic Shopping Bag".

Principle
The motor drive system generates up and down vibration motion to simulate the fatigue of the portable plastic bag in actual use. The instrument vibrates the sample periodically with a set amplitude and Frequency, and records the number of vibrations through a counter to evaluate the fatigue performance of the plastic bag.

Steps
1. Install the portable plastic bag to be tested on the testing machine
2. Set the required vibration parameters
3. Start the instrument and start the fatigue test
4. Observe and record the data during the experiment
5. After the test is completed, turn off the power and take out the sample for analysis
Notice
• Please check whether the Power supply voltage meets the 220V requirement before use
• Ensure that the sample is firmly installed to prevent peeling during the test
• Must not exceed the load-bearing limit of 20KG
• Regularly check whether the components of the instrument are normal
• Keep the test environment clean and drying
