The HORIZON DLS-Z paper tensile testing machine (horizontal) adopts a unique horizontal design, which has the characteristics of compact structure, complete function and convenient operation. The instrument is designed according to the requirements of the new national standard GB/T 1 2914-91 (constant speed stretching method), and can measure paper tension, Tensile Strength, elongation, fracture length, Tensile Energy Absorption, tensile index, Tensile Energy Absorption index, and mechanical properties of various materials such as aluminum foil, aluminum plastic tape, Plastic film, food bags, towels, Pressure sensitive adhesive tape, synthetic fiber filament, etc.

Principle
The instrument adopts horizontal design, and realizes smooth and accurate stretching control through ball bearing transmission mechanism and imported motor. Under the information sensing, data processing and action control of monolithic microcomputer, the tensile force is applied to the sample, the load tension and stretching time are monitored in real time, and the parameters such as anti-tension, Tensile Strength and elongation are calculated and displayed, and the functions of automatic reset and data memory are supported.

Steps
1. Connect power supply AC220V +/- 10% 50HZ
2. Set the sample size, you can choose the length of 180mm (200, 100, 90, 50, 0mm six-speed hand adjustment or computer control 0-200mm arbitrary adjustment)
3. Set the stretching speed 1~ 399mm/min and the return speed 1~ 399mm/min
4. Start the test and observe the liquid crystal display tensile time, load tension and other data in real time
5. After completing the test, directly display the measurement results and print the statistical report using the thermal printer
6. Miscellaneous material measurements can be changed as required

• Ensure that the power supply is AC220V +/- 10% 50HZ to avoid voltage instability affecting the accuracy
• Precision of force value is +/- 1%, pay attention to calibrating when using
• Force value range is 0~ 30N, avoid overloading to prevent damage to the instrument
• Stretching and return speeds can be adjusted digitally and need to be set reasonably according to material characteristics
• The sample size is adjustable, but it needs to be operated within the allowable range
