Principle
The instrument irradiates samples with specific wavelengths of ultraviolet light (254nm and 365nm), and uses the principle of characteristic fluorescence reactions of different substances under ultraviolet light for detection and analysis.

Steps
1. Power on the instrument
Select the desired UV wavelength (254nm or 365nm)
3. Aim UV rays at the sample
4. Observe the fluorescence reaction of the sample for analysis
Notice
• The ultraviolet color filter cannot be rubbed against metal objects or stressed. The surface should be kept dry and clean. Wipe it with clean gauze after each use
• When the operator uses it, ultraviolet rays should be directed at the sample and avoid ultraviolet rays from reaching the human body
