Principle
After the LT-1000 annular Initial viscosity tester completely contacts the annular sample with the standard float Glass test plate at a constant speed of 300mm/min, the instrument automatically reverses to completely separate the annular sample and the test plate at a constant speed of 300mm/min, and the maximum force generated is the annular initial adhesion of the tested sample.

Steps
1. The size of the prepared sample is 180 * 25mm, and the size of the test plate is 30 * 25 * 3mm.
2. Fully contact the annular specimen with the standard float Glass test plate at a constant speed of 300mm/min
3. The instrument automatically reverses to completely separate the sample and test plate at a constant speed of 300mm/min
4. Read and record the maximum force value as the annular initial adhesion force
5. View MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, Average through the LCD screen (Touchscreen), and store or print the experimental report
Notice
• Make sure the power supply is 220V, 50HZ
• Measurement range does not exceed 0~ 50N
• Measurement accuracy should be less than +/- 1% measurement error
• Test results can be stored in 20 groups, pay attention to exporting or printing in time
• Check whether the fixture is firm before use to ensure safe operation
