Overview
PY-H617 Microcomputer Puncture Resistance Tester is a professional testing equipment of PUYUN brand, which is used to determine the Puncture Resistance of Corrugated Board, reflecting the ability of Corrugated Board and corrugated carton to resist dynamic Impact, and the performance of Encasement carton to protect products from damage when subjected to instantaneous external force Impact. The instrument is an important tool for quality control of cardboard manufacturers, furniture industry, fragile goods manufacturers, and is also suitable for mass supervision institutions and scientific research institutions.
The instrument is designed based on the principle of energy conversion. The standard triangular prism angular cone piercing head is installed through a special shape pendulum body, and the kinetic energy of the pendulum body is used to pierce the Cardboard sample to form a Hole. The energy consumed is the Puncture Resistance of the sample.

Principle
The instrument is designed according to the principle of energy conversion, and the standard triangular prism angular cone piercing head is installed on the pendulum of special shape. Steps
Prepare a sample with a size of 175 x 175 mm.
Place the specimen in the fixture and adjust the pressure to (100 +/- 2) kpa.
3. Select the appropriate measurement gear (A file 0~ 6J, B file 6~ 12J, C file 12~ 24J, D file 24~ 48J);
4. Start the instrument and swing the arm more than 120 times.
5. Automatic measurement and recording data, the instrument displays the test results and supports printout;
6. After the test is completed, clean the instrument and save the data.
Notice
• Use a brush to remove paper scraps and instrument dust between splints in time after the test;
• The instrument should be placed in a drying non-vibration environment to avoid frequent movement;
• When not in use, place the swing arm on the positioning block and lock it with the locking block, remove the heavy thallium and fastening screws;
• Set the friction on the pyramid;
• Strictly prohibit the collision of the piercing head, prohibit the use of metal sheet piercing test, and regularly check the abrasion and damage of the piercing head;
• Regularly check whether the fastening screws and cylindrical pins of the swing arm and the pyramid are loose. If they are loose, they need to be tightened and installed back in place.
