PY-H646 diaper (sanitary napkin) leakage tester is a professional testing equipment produced by PUYUN, which is mainly used to detect the Water Absorbency of sanitary napkins and sanitary pads. Penetration performance is an important physical indicator reflecting its Water Absorbency. The instrument is suitable for sanitary napkin, sanitary pad manufacturers, scientific research institutions, mass supervision institutions, and is also suitable for the determination of diaper leakage (including slip and reflux).

Principle
The instrument determines the permeation performance of the sample at a specific inclination angle by simulating the actual use conditions. By controlling the flow and permeation process of the liquid on the sample surface, accurate measurement of key parameters such as slip and re-seepage, the Water Absorbency and anti-seepage ability of the product are evaluated.

Steps
1. Select the corresponding test angle according to the test Sample type
2. Place the sample on the corresponding test platform
3. Prepare test liquids with measuringflask and pipette
4. Liquid penetration test by draining funnel
5. Record slip and reflux data
6. Conduct result analysis according to standard requirements
