Overview
PY-H620-600 microcomputer compressire strength tester is a multi-functional standard carton mass testing equipment developed by PUYUN, which is mainly used for the compressire strength test of various medium and conventional size corrugated boxes or the whole box compressire strength test of Encasement containers with compressire strength less than 50KN. The instrument has high control accuracy and professional technology. It is currently a cost-effective general-purpose carton compression testing machine in China. It has functions such as parameter testing, display, memory, statistics, printing and real-time display of compressive Linear dispersion. The test results can be used as an important reference for the height of finished Encasement boxes stacked in factories or an important basis for designing Encasement boxes.

Principle
The tester moves downward at a set speed through the upper pressure plate, applies pressure after contacting the sample, and measures the pressure value and deformation of the sample at the same time. In the stacking strength test, the pressure is repeatedly adjusted to ensure that the fluctuation does not exceed the range; in the compressire strength test, the deformation is measured from the preset pressure value until the sample is crushed. Automatically record the peak value; in the fixed distance and fixed force test, the deformation is measured from the pressure value reaching 220N, and the data is automatically recorded when the preset distance or pressure is reached.

Steps
1. Set test parameters, such as pressurization speed, preset pressure, or distance.
2. Place the specimen in the test position.
3. Start the test, and move the upper platen downward to contact the sample and apply pressure.
4. Measuring pressure and deformation automatically and recording data according to test type.
5. After the test is completed, view and print the results, including the Linear dispersion analysis chart.
Notice
• Ensure that the Ambient Temperature is 20 +/- 10 ° C and the Humidity is less than 85%.
• Power supply voltage is 220V, 50HZ before use.
• When the total deformation of the sample reaches 100mm, the test will be automatically terminated. Pay attention to monitoring.
• The parallelism of the platen should be kept ≤ 1mm and calibrated regularly.
• Avoid overload use, the force range does not exceed 1T.
• Follow safety procedures during operation to prevent accidental injury.
