Overview
PY-H620-800 microcomputer compressire strength tester is a multi-functional standard carton mass testing equipment developed by PUYUN, which is mainly used for the compressire strength test of various medium and conventional size corrugated boxes or the whole box compressire strength test of Encasement containers with compressire strength less than 50KN. The instrument has high control accuracy and professional development technology. It is currently the most cost-effective general-purpose carton compression testing machine in China. The test results can be used as an important reference for the height of finished Encasement boxes stacked in factories or an important basis for designing Encasement boxes.

Principle
The stacking strength test function is added to the preset pressure by simulating the Encasement chamber and maintained. The testing machine repeatedly adjusts the pressure to ensure that the pressure fluctuation does not exceed the specified range until the specified stacking test time is reached or the total deformation of the sample under pressure reaches 100mm. The compressire strength test function moves down at the set speed through the upper pressure plate, presses and measures the pressure value after contacting the sample, and measures the deformation of the sample from the preset value. Automatically record the pressure peak and compression deformation after the sample is crushed.

Steps
Stacking strength test: the simulated Encasement chamber is pressurized to the preset pressure and maintained, and the testing machine repeatedly adjusts the pressure until the specified stacking test time is reached or the total deformation of the sample under pressure reaches 100mm
2. Fixed distance and fixed force test: the upper pressure plate moves downward according to the set speed, presses after contacting the sample, starts to measure the deformation of the sample from the pressure value to 220N, and automatically records the pressure value and pressure deformation when the preset pressure distance or pressure is reached
3. compressire strength test: the upper platen moves downward according to the set speed, presses after contacting the sample, and measures the deformation of the sample from the preset value. After the sample is crushed, the pressure peak and compression deformation are automatically recorded
